I'm sorry I haven't posted anything new to my blog these past couple of days. Its been a very busy weekend for me. I was blessed to have an opportunity given to me by one of our Assistant's here at UCF, Coach Brett Fink. He offered to help me get up to Charlotte to attend Felicia Hall-Allen's A Step Up Assistant Coaches Symposium.
What an experience! Miss Felicia did an incredible job of pulling together a great panel of coaches to impart wisdom on myself and about 150 others. I will be sharing a couple of thoughts from each speaker I listened to, to give you an idea of what a great experience it was for me, and could be for you in the future.
